In my role, I support all BU students. In order to do that, I wanted to learn more about the specific lives and challenges of First Gen students so I can do a better job supporting them and their unique needs. Innovate@BU has many resources to help students build innovation skills.

• Personal Facts/ Hobbies/ Interests: I have two children who are college age but they do not attend BU. My oldest is a rising senior at UMASS studying Computer Engineering. My youngest is a rising Sophomore studying English and Theatre at UVM. I have recently learned that I love to garden. I grow all sorts of vegetables. I also love hiking but don’t love getting lost when doing it (which happens too often).
