Linda Mindaye (She/her/hers)

In her role as an OD&L Specialist/Trainer, Linda will support broadening and deepening leadership development opportunities for employees at Boston University. She brings a deep background in curriculum development and facilitation. As a previous educator in a K-12 school, Linda is dedicated to collaborative learning, professional development, and learning spaces that center joy. She is an expert facilitator who is passionate about building strong relationships where she can. Linda holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University and a B.A. from Clark University. 

When Linda is not cultivating learning spaces, she can be found exploring the arts. She is a portrait photographer who loves finding hands-on arts and crafts projects to take on. Originally from Ethiopia, Linda has lived in Boston for over a decade.
