Choose to Manage: Spring Module 1

This is a comprehensive program providing early-career managers with the tools, skills, and knowledge to be effective in their roles. Program Goals Build competencies in key areas foundational to successful management. Provide exposure to resources available to managers and their employees. Provide an opportunity to learn from peers and subject matter experts. This is a 5-module program. Sessions run from 9 am – 12 pm EST. All sessions are currently virtual.
