James T. Kirk (he/him/his)

In his role as the Senior specialist, Talent & Organizational Development, James provides comprehensive project management for the design, development, and delivery of all the programs and services provided by OD&L, including workshops and retreats. James is focused on the improvement of processes to ensure excellence in learner experiences.  As a certified DISC facilitator and Gallup Strengths coach he provides DISC and Gallup Strengths assessments for individuals, managers, and leaders, across BU. He is also He has a Bachelor of Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

James is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Faculty Staff Community Network (FSCN). James is an avid volleyball player and a member of the Cambridge Boston Volleyball Association. Originally from Kansas City, MO, he has lived in the Dorchester area of Boston for the last 8+ years.
