Brooke Downey (She/her/hers)

In her role as the Instructional Designer/Online Learning Specialist in the OD&L team, Brooke designs and develops custom on-demand and just-in-time learning for our BU community. She also manages and elevates Terrier eDevelopment, Boston University’s Learning Management System, and supports departments in both the Charles River and Medical Campuses with their training and learning needs. Originally from Southern Maine, Brooke graduated from Connecticut College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. Brooke is SHRM-CP certified, and continues her OD education at BU as a part-time MBA student at Questrom School of Business on campus concentrating in Leadership & Organizational Transformation as she strives to help staff navigate dynamic relationships, organizational change, and professional development.

Brooke is a lifelong New England sports fan and loves spending time outside being active and with her family, friends, and adorable dog.
