Joy Chen (She/her/hers)

In her role as Senior Manager for Leadership Development, Joy leads expansion of early leadership development solutions for employees at Boston University. She brings 15 years of facilitating adult learning opportunities among individuals, teams, and organizations.  

Joy holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from American University and a B.A. from the University of Maryland. She served in Morocco as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2008-2010. As a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified teacher, Joy purposefully weaves mindfulness and somatic tools in her work as appropriate. Outside of work, Joy is often found reading and/or enjoying the outdoors. She loves to garden, hike, mountain bike, and ski.
