Associate General CounselLisa Maki joined the Office of the General Counsel in September 2025. Prior to joining OGC, Lisa was General Counsel for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and Legal Advisor and Director of Labor Relations for the Boston Public Schools. Lisa began her legal career as a trial attorney for the City of Boston Law Department. She earned a B.A from Bridgewater State University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School where she was an Editor of the Law Review. After law school, Lisa served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Frank J. Williams (ret.) of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. |
