Operations Fiscal Analysis & Analytics

Oversees operational strategy, budget management, and financial modeling for Boston University Operations. Areas of oversight include building operations, capital budget, utilities and energy management, and sustainability initiatives. This department is central to shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the University’s physical and environmental resources, which directly supports the development and monitoring of the University’s annual operating budget.


Safety, Security & Preparedness

Safety, Security & Preparedness (SSP) comprises the University’s Emergency Management, Police, and Public Safety departments. By bringing these departments together under the SSP umbrella, BU aims to be more proactive and strategic in fostering physical safety, well-being, security, and preparedness.
