Prof. Henrik Selin Speaks in Geneva on Regional Environmental Governance

Pardee Center Fellow Prof. Henrik SelinPardee Center Faculty Fellow Prof. Henrik Selin gave an invited presentation at the Regional Environmental Governance Workshop organized in Geneva, Switzerland, by the University of Geneva. The workshop was designed to foster constructive encounters and fruitful exchange between scientists and practitioners with an active interest in the environmental dimensions of regional governance.

Prof. Selin’s talk was on “Global Multilevel Governance: Can Regional Centers Aid the Management of Hazardous Wastes and Chemicals?” and built on his research on the global management of hazardous wastes, including his 2009 Pardee Paper (No. 5) on Managing Hazardous Chemicals: Longer-Range Challenges and his recent book Global Governance of Hazardous Chemicals.
