Biography

Brian Swett is an Associate Principal in Arup’s Boston office and is the Director of Cities and Sustainable Real Estate. He is a nationally recognized leader in climate change and sustainability strategy with over a decade of leadership experience in municipal government, private sector real estate development, federal government, and non-profit sectors. He combines his advanced business, policy and science background to lead effective policy and program development and management addressing the built and natural environments. Brian’s expertise includes sustainability strategy, energy and climate policy, green buildings, policy and program development, and performance management.
