Pardee Professors
The Pardee Center has a tradition of establishing short- or long-term Pardee Professorships to honor eminent thought-leaders in the various fields related to the Center’s mission.
The Frederick S. Pardee Endowed Professorship is appointed by the Board of Trustees at Boston University, on the recommendation of the Boston University President. The Pardee Professor acts as the Director of the Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future. In addition, Visiting Professors are appointed for short periods of time to be in residence for research, lectures, and symposia.
