The Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University played host on May 28 to the summer class of Boston University summer admissions student representatives, as they prepare to introduce a new group of prospective students and families to BU’s newest School.

“It was exciting to participate in the training exercise. The Pardee School has had a fabulous inaugural year, and we were very excited to acquaint the volunteers with our story and accomplishments,” said Vicky Kelberer, undergraduate advisor. “We know that they will do a great job communicating our goal of advancing human progress.”

The students learned about the programs offered by the Pardee School, which include five undergraduate majors, nine MA programs, and programming and instruction developed in conjunction with eight affiliated regional and thematic studies centers.

The first BU summer orientation date will take place at the Pardee School on June 11.
