Hefner on BBC on 2016 U.S. Presidential Election
Robert Hefner, Professor of Anthropology and International Relations at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University and Director of the Institute on Culture, Religion and World Affairs, was recently interviewed by Indonesian radio on the 2016 U.S. presidential election and the popularity of the candidates of both major political parties.
Hefner was interviewed for a November 8, 2016 segment on the Indonesian language desk of the BBC entitled “Both Presidential Candidates Are Seen As Disappointing by Sections of the American Public.”

Robert Hefner has directed 19 research projects and organized 18 international conferences, and authored or edited nineteen books. He is former president of the Association for Asian Studies.
