Pardee Periodical Publishes Spring 2017 Issue
The Spring 2017 issue of the Pardee Periodical Journal of Global Affairs, the graduate academic journal at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, was recently published and features a diverse collection of articles on topics including the U.S.-India 123 agreement; women, peace and political development in Rwanda; and expectations and realities of U.S. targeting intelligence.
The Pardee Periodical features original, thought-provoking papers from any discipline relevant to the field of global studies written by current graduate students (MA and PhD). The Spring 2017 issue of the Pardee Periodical is the journal’s third issue, and also covered topics including “Failing Indigenous Communities: Free, Prior, and Informed Consent in Latin America,” “On the Economics of Regime Design,” and “Iran’s Role in Yemen’s Civil War.”
The Pardee Periodical seeks original, thought-provoking research and policy papers relevant to the field of global studies. The Editorial Board accepts submissions on a rolling basis. Each semester, the Editorial Board announces a submission deadline in a formal call for papers. Papers submitted after the submission deadline are considered for the following issue. Candidates in a graduate degree program may submit their work to the journal. Recent graduates from an MA or PhD program may also submit work within the same calendar year as their graduation date.
