Hare in AFP on Venezuela in Crisis

Amb. Paul Webster Hare, Senior Lecturer at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University,  was recently interviewed for a widely-syndicated article on the Venezuela crisis and how global diplomacy is fragmented in trying to find a peaceful solution.

Hare was interviewed for a January 25, 2019 article by AFP entitled “Maduro and Guaidó Intensify Their Push for Power in Venezuela.

“It is a test of the diplomacy of each country in a world that shows increasing fragmentation on many issues,” analyst Paul Hare, a professor at Boston University, told AFP.

Amb. Hare teaches classes at Boston University on Diplomatic Practice, Arms Control, Intercultural Communication and on Cuba in Transition. His novel, “Moncada – A Cuban Story”, set in modern Cuba, was published in May 2010. His book “Making Diplomacy Work; Intelligent Innovation for the Modern World.’ was published in early 2015.
