Garčević Joins Eos Tech Trust Advisory Board
Ambassador Vesko Garčević, Professor of the Practice of International Relations at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, has joined the advisory board of the American nonprofit Eos Tech Trust.
Eos Tech Trust makes technology accessible and sustainable for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) worldwide in order to solve their real-world challenges without adding undue financial or capacity burdens. The organization provides issue expertise, including political, social, and economic consulting, as well as programmatic and technology expertise. The advisory board is made up of experts from all over the world, including Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. Eos Tech Trust’s activities have focused on supporting NGOs and non-profits in Africa, India, South America, and Southeastern Europe.

During his diplomatic career, Ambassador Vesko Garčević dealt with issues pertinent to European security and NATO for almost 14 years. In 2004, he was posted in Vienna to serve as Ambassador to Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He had been Montenegro’s Ambassador to NATO from 2010 until 2014 and served as Montenegro’s National Coordinator for NATO from 2015 until he joined the faculty at the Pardee School.
