Heine Dissects Latest Book During Chilean Pacific Foundation Webinar

During a webinar hosted by Chile’s Pacific Foundation, Jorge Heine, Research Professor at Boston University’s Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, discussed the findings, analysis, and conclusions of his latest book Xi-Na in the Century of the Dragon: What Everyone Should Know About China.

Heine’s book offers an economic and political perspective on China’s growth while also giving readers the opportunity to get to know the Asian giant historically, culturally, and touristically. During this event, three different specialists comment on various aspects of the book, highlighting the insights it provides into Chinese public policies, its digital economy, the Belt and Road Initiative, and relations with Latin America.
