Pardee Alumna Excels at International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition

At the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our alumna, Lily Arslanian, who has recently distinguished herself on the international stage. As a member of the University of Miami School of Law’s moot court team, Lily played a pivotal role in securing a top 5 finish at the prestigious International Criminal Court (ICC) Moot Court Competition in The Hague. This accomplishment highlights not only her dedication and skill but also the strong foundation she built during her time at Pardee.
During her studies at Pardee, Lily specialized in Foreign Policy and Security Studies, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa. Her academic journey was marked by a deep commitment to understanding complex global issues and contributing to solutions that promote justice and international cooperation. The rigorous training and critical thinking skills she honed at Pardee have undoubtedly contributed to her success in the challenging environment of international law.
The ICC Moot Court Competition is one of the most esteemed competitions for law students worldwide, bringing together teams from various countries to engage in simulated court proceedings before the International Criminal Court.
