As a community of committed professionals, faculty, staff, and students alike, we endeavor to foster a just, diverse, and inclusive environment for all members of the Pardee community.

Our vision is to provide an education in global affairs that addresses all forms of inequality and injustice affecting people due to race, gender, class, socioeconomic status, national origin, sexuality, language, veteran status, education, religion, and beyond. To ensure that the values of inclusive excellence are enacted and firmly embedded in our scholarly and teaching practices, we commit ourselves to systematically examine policies and practices across all facets of the school. We will identify biases and cultivate equity across all our policies, work, actions, and professional relations. Furthermore, we will make the increase in equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency a prominent goal for the hiring, training, and retention of everyone employed or enrolled at the Pardee School of Global Studies.
