- Check your email and the Pardee calendar for information on upcoming Pardee Works events, a series of workshops and meetings throughout the year intended to help Pardee students build their career skills and network with global studies professionals.
Boston University Internship & Career Resources
- Handshake – BU’s online hub for career resources, including internship and job listings, in the U.S. as well as around the world. These are provided exclusively for undergrads, graduate students, and alumni.
- GoingGlobal Career Guides by Country – Available through Handshake (Career Center tab – Resources), this is a robust database for researching employers and careers abroad. GoingGlobal USA/Canada includes H1B employer listings for all 50 states.
- Yawkey Nonprofit Internship Program – Boston University’s Yawkey Nonprofit Internship Program is a selective educational program designed for sophomores and juniors that provides a living allowance stipend to support participation in unpaid internships at nonprofit organizations.
- CAS On-Campus Internship Program – On-campus internship opportunities for full-time undergraduates in the College of Arts and Sciences at Boston University. Accompanying the internship will be a 1-credit course which frames, facilitates, and guides students through an internship opportunity in a workplace setting within Boston University. The course focuses on the essential skills and competencies for getting started and being successful in the workplace, as well as readings and written reflections on the link between academic and career goals. The course, taken P/F and not counting toward the degree, will appear on the transcript as CAS IN 250: LIB ARTS INTERN.
- BU Center for Career Development – services include resume and cover letter review, networking and interviewing tips, targeted workshops, and resources for evaluating graduate school options.
