The Business of Ideas: Mobile Application Development

  • Starts: 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2014
It’s hard to remember how we lived our lives before the proliferation of smartphones. We’re connecting to each other while on the go like never before, and Nielsen reports that 89% of the media we access with smartphones and tablets is through mobile applications. Looking forward, how will these mobile applications continue to change the course of our lives and work? If you’ve got a great idea for an app or are interested in a career in mobile technology and media, what do you need to be thinking of now to be successful in the future? Join us for a special panel discussion as three BU thought leaders weigh in on these themes and more. As a special part of this event, CAS Dean Virgina Sapiro will also present Bryan Biniak, CAS‘90 with the College of Arts & Sciences Distinguished Alumni Award.
