Springtime in Rome with Mary Ann Esposito

Mary Ann Esposito, prolific cookbook author, culinary teacher, and host of America’s longest-running cooking show, Ciao Italia, will lead this hands-on class in which students will usher in spring with delectable regional recipes from Rome, including semolina gnocchi, saltimbocca with prosciutto and sage, and artichokes with mint and garlic. After working with Mary Ann in the kitchen to prepare the recipes, students will sit down to table to enjoy the fruits of their labor along with expertly paired wines selected by Guy Esposito, Mary Ann’s husband and a wine educator with accreditation from the United States Sommelier Association.
