Soulfulll Speaker Series

  • Starts: 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 24, 2018
  • Ends: 9:00 pm on Tuesday, April 24, 2018
The Boston University Urban Planning Association in collaboration with Net Impact, is hosting a Soulfull Speaker event on the Charles River Campus on April 24th from 7-9PM. Hear from a Soulfull Project executive about how policy, advocacy and business can address acute needs such as food insecurity in our community and hear about what it takes to launch a social benefit corporation. The Soulfull Project is a subsidiary of the Campbell Soup Company that works to deliver nourishing and wholesome food to all Americans by using the buy-one, give-one model. For every serving of The Soulfull Project’s hot cereal purchased, they donate a serving of their 4 Grain cereal to a food bank in that region. This event is applicable to students of all academic backgrounds, including business, gastronomy, urban planning and public health. Please join us to discuss how Soulfull can assist you in a similar mission and how you can begin combatting food insecurity in Boston.
