You can't do it all, so how do you find the right rockstar team to turn an idea into reality? Learn how to build and maintain a strong team whether they're employees, interns, or volunteers. This workshop is part Innovate@BU's In Real Life series. The series includes six different workshops that teach innovation skills and help build an entrepreneurial mindset that you can use to create impact #InRealLife. Each topic is offered two times during the spring 2019 semester.
