Cathie Klapperich

Chlamydia Trachomatis and Neisseria Gonorrhoeae on a Strip

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Iso-IMRS is a novel nucleic acid amplification technique being implemented in the Klapperich lab. This projects aim is to successfully implement the assay as a Ct and Ng (two common maternal co-morbidities) diagnostic on a lateral flow strip.
