Earlier lock time on BRB/PRB doors

Due to recent thefts in the building, we are implementing changes in building security.
As of Monday, November 4th, the doors to the Biology Research Building (BRB) and Physics Research Building (PRB) at 3/5 Cummington will be on card access starting at 6 pm Monday-Friday. The doors will re-open at 7:30 am Monday-Friday. Anybody with an active BU ID card can use their card to swipe in between 6 -9 pm. Between 9 pm-7:30 am (Mon-Fri) the building will only be open to people with night and weekend access.
Please note that the only entrances that apply to this are the main ones (3-5 opposite the elevators and the one opposite the science center). This does not include CILSE or stairwell doors.
Please be vigilant and if you notice someone in your lab who shouldn’t be there or you see any suspicious activity please notify BUPD

- M-F 6 pm-9 pm BUID required for entry
- After 9 pm Fri-Mon 7:29 am Specific clearance required
