Join Jacques Pépin as he demonstrates some of the lessons he shared with his charismatic pupil in his new book A Grandfather's Lessons: In the Kitchen with Shorey— including how to prepare food that is “plain, but elegant, and more than anything, fun.” But in the end, maybe the most important lesson of all is that the best meals are the ones shared at home with family. Includes demonstration and tastings of recipes from the book, paired with wine.
