COM Distinguished Alumni Awards

The Boston University College of Communication is hosting the 2016 COM Distinguished Alumni Awards ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at the BU Photonics Center, 8 St. Mary’s Street, Boston, MA. The event will be held in the Colloquium room on the 9th floor from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. (A reception will be held at 5:00 pm, and the ceremony will begin at 6:00 pm.) This year we are recognizing the following individuals: Carlos Bardasano, Questrom’94, COM’97 Senior Vice President of Original Content at Univision Communications Inc.; Mariette DiChristina-Gerosa, COM '86, Parent CFA'18 Director, Editorial & Publishing, Nature Research magazines at Springer Nature, and Editor in Chief, Scientific American; Henry Hughes, IV, COM’06 Writer, Director; Sylvia Stevens-Edouard, COM '74, Parent Questrom'14 Executive Director of The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship; and James "Nooka" Jones, COM’10 Distinguished Young Alumni Recipient Marketing Manager, Google Creative Lab.
