Changes to Student Attestation Process
On July 1, we enhanced the student attestation process below such that a single survey link remains continuously active for students to attest during the current payroll period as well as for attestations from prior payroll periods. The table below summarizes the key changes in this process.

| Weekly reminder emails | Three weekly reminder emails to complete the attestation were sent to the current BUGWU stipended mailing list on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Monday mornings. | One reminder email will be distributed weekly on Wednesdays to the current BUGWU stipended mailing list. Students can also access the survey link via our Payroll Accounting Survey website. |
| Payroll Accounting Survey | A unique survey link was distributed for each payroll period, opening on Wednesdays at 2 pm and closing on Monday mornings at 9 am weekly. Students were not able to provide attestations for prior payroll periods. | A single survey link will remain continuously open and accept attestations for the current payroll period as well as prior payroll periods. |
| Faculty attestations | Faculty attestations were required when students missed the weekly attestation deadline. | Students are encouraged to complete attestations they missed using the Payroll Accounting Survey, which is the most efficient way to release their pay. The faculty attestation form remains available but may result in longer times to release payment. |

Below is an attestation schedule that highlights when student attestations need to be received to receive payroll payments on time. Attestations submitted by students past the deadline for each payroll period will be processed when they are received and may result in delayed payments.
