Arzum Akkas is an assistant professor at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She is part of the Operations & Technology Management department there.
Akkas specializes in global supply chain management, marketing and operations interfaces, and econometric analysis.
She has a Ph.D. in engineering systems and a M.Eng. in supply chain management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a B.S. in industrial engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
