Richard Ainsworth

Mr. Ainsworth is the former director of International Government Affairs at ADP-Taxware, Inc. He was formerly the deputy director of the International Tax Program at Harvard Law School, a Lecturer in Law, and Adjunct Professor of Public Policy at the Kennedy School of Government.

He is also currently a Visiting Professor of American Tax Law at Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan, and has been a Fulbright Professor of Taxation at Kobe and Osaka Universities, Japan. He lectures on technical and tax modernization issues for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, United Nations Development Program, Tax Administration and Advisory Service (US Treasury) and Japanese International Cooperation Agency.
