William Tilchin

Associate Professor of Social Sciences, College of General Studies

Professor Tilchin is an Associate Professor of Social Science in the College of General Studies. His teaching interests include American foreign relations since 1800, modern world history, great leaders and their impact on history, and secondary teacher preparation in History/Social Studies. He is the author of Theodore Roosevelt and the British Empire: A Study in Presidential Statecraft and the editor of Spotlighting TR: Selections from the Theodore Roosevelt Association Journals 2007-2014. He is the current editor of Theodore Roosevelt Association Journal. He has also served as President of the Theodore Roosevelt Association since 2016.
