Constance Hadley
Research Associate Professor, Management & Organizations
Connie Noonan Hadley is an organizational psychologist and Research Associate Professor in the Management and Organizations Department at the Boston University Questrom School of Business. Dr. Hadley serves as a Faculty Research Fellow at Questrom’s Human Resources Policy Institute (HRPI), where she is focused on applying research in real-world organizations.
She has been selected for the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2024 as “one to watch” for her research on the future of work and management.
Dr. Hadley holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Harvard University, an MBA in human resource and strategic management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in social psychology from Princeton University. Previously, she worked in the fields of management consulting at McKinsey & Company and in marketing and operations at General Mills, Inc.
Dr. Hadley’s research has been published in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, The Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, and Group & Organization Management, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, NPR’s Marketplace Report, the Boston Globe, and other media outlets.
At Questrom, she has taught undergraduate and graduate students in organizational behavior and negotiations.
