Yuliya Ali is a senior business leader with over a decade of experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she currently serves as Senior Director of Reporting, Analytics, and Data for Legal Strategy & Alignment. Throughout her career, she has transformed how leadership views legal operations through advanced analytics while previously directing global claims initiatives across markets in Russia, India, China, and Southeast Asia. Her achievements include developing the first comprehensive functional dashboard for cross-market performance analysis—nominated for the 2018 Chairman’s & President’s Award—and leading organizational restructuring that achieved multi-million dollar impacts.
Beyond her corporate expertise in analytics and strategic planning, Yuliya has demonstrated commitment to community leadership as a Founding Member of the Community Advisory Board for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Center for Virology & Vaccine Research and as an elected Board Member for the Cambridge Community Center, where she led the Governance Committee. Her diverse experience spans product innovation, including developing a global drone product for underwriters, managing a $55 million book of business in Vermont, and designing agile solutions for emerging insurance markets.
