About

The Review of Banking and Financial Law (RBFL) is the first and one of the country’s leading scholarly banking and financial law journals. It is prepared under the auspices of the Graduate Program in Banking & Financial Law of the Boston University School of Law. Edited by law students, the Review publishes articles written by professors, attorneys and other professionals, as well as student notes and comments. The scope of the Review is broad, covering topics such as banking, securities, financial services, administrative, and general corporate law issues. We welcome scholarly work exploring the general subject matter of financial institutions, including financial products and markets.

Submission Instructions

The Editorial Board of the Review of Banking & Financial Law invites submission of articles for publication on a rolling basis via our Scholastica page or via e-mail at rbfl@bu.edu. If you would like to publish, please notify us of your interest and topic. RBFL publishes twice a year, online in early spring and cumulatively in print in late summer. If you are currently working on a draft of an article that could appear in our upcoming volume, or in a future volume, we would be very happy to discuss it with you and provide any assistance necessary to develop it for publication.
