A student who is registered for a semester and decides not to attend must contact the appropriate office listed below to officially:
- Take a leave of absence if you intend to return in a future semester, or
- Withdraw if you’ve decided to permanently leave the University.

Charges are canceled in accordance with the Withdrawal and Tuition Refund Schedules, based on the effective date of the withdrawal or leave of absence.
Mere absence from classes does not reduce a student’s financial obligation nor guarantee that a final grade will not be recorded.
