Sponsored Programs is projecting a large number of proposals for this year’s February 6 NIH deadline. To ensure a smooth and successful submission of your application, please provide your proposal to Sponsored Programs according to the proposal submission policy:

Monday, January 30:
Provide all administrative components

Wednesday, February 1:
Provide final and complete proposal, including all technical components

Thorough review of proposals and submitting well in advance of the deadline will help mitigate unexpected issues including system-wide crashes of grants.gov due to volume and delays in receiving submission confirmations.
