New cross-campus IACUC system launched
Effective June 19, 2018, all protocol submissions for both the Boston University Medical Center and the Charles River Campus will be processed in Click at iacuc.bu.edu. Click replaces our previous protocol management systems (INSPIR on the Medical Campus and paper at CRC).
Benefits of Click include:
- Easy visualization of workflow and protocol status
- Prepopulated with anesthetic administration procedures
- Library of BU IACUC-approved standard procedures from which to select
- Multiple people can work on the submission simultaneously
- Ability to copy protocols
- Integrates with all modern, widely-used browsers
- Vendor-supported software
Please note, we are still in the process of entering some of the standard procedures into the system.
Training sessions on Navigating Click and Modifying Existing Protocols will be held this week:
Wed. 6/20/18 at 9-11 am on BUMC in Robinson Bldg, 4th floor, B406
Thurs. 6/21/18 at 1-3 pm on CRC in KCILSE, conference room 106B
Additional training sessions will be held over the summer and fall.
