Year End Planning and Holiday Deadlines 2023

In observance of Intersession break, SP offices will be closed starting at 5pm on Friday, December 22, 2023, re-opening 9am Tuesday, January 2, 2024. During this break, staff will not be available to approve or process any proposals or other sponsored research actions, including purchase requisitions and financial reports.

Therefore, to help with the planning, all items due between Monday December 18, 2023 and Friday January 5, 2024 must be submitted to your SP RA no later than Monday December 11, 2023. This also includes all invoices that may need to be submitted on or before December 30th.  This will allow staff enough time to review and process items due before and during the break and in the first few days in January when we return.
