The Long-term Impact of Military-relevant Brain Injury Consortium-Chronic Effects of Neurotrauma Consortium (LIMBIC-CENC) is a Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and university national research consortium that studies the long-term effects of combat-related and military-relevant mild traumatic brain injury (TBI). LIMBIC-CENC’s website is a knowledge translation and resource center on mild TBI and common co-occurring conditions. The website contains guideline summaries, tools, fact sheets, videos, and links to resources, services, and supports.

Boston University’s Terri Pogoda, PhD, is the principal investigator for the Consortium’s Boston site. An experimental psychologist and core investigator at the VA Boston Healthcare System’s Center for Healthcare Organization and Implementation Research (CHOIR), she has worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs since 2005.
