Recent acts of violence at home and abroad have resulted in an atmosphere of uncertainty and vulnerability. In the aftermath of each tragic event, it can be challenging to discern whether the perpetrator was a lone agent or part of a terrorist organization, what steps we can take to improve our security, and how to move forward as a society. This Research on Tap session brought together researchers from across BU who seek to understand the the roots of violence, help trauma victims recover, and provide strategies combatting terrorist activities and groups.
