Quick Start Guide: Plan Your Event
A Quick Start Guide of the most common steps in planning an event on campus.
Reservations is a vital part of Events & Conferences. While the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) schedules all academic activity, Reservations assists BU departments and student organizations in finding the right location for their meetings, conferences, and special events (i.e., non-academic activity). Our E&C staff dedicated to working in Reservations work closely with OUR to create the greatest efficiency in using 25Live to book space on-campus.
The information on this website is intended for the BU community.
