Event Planners Group: Inaugural Meeting

We are delighted to announce the formation of the Boston University Event Planners Group!   You have been invited to join this group since you plan and manage events as a major part of your job responsibilities.  Members come from departments all across campus.

We are creating this group to bring all of us together to share best practices, stay up to date on policies and procedures, and provide a resource for everyone to connect, network, and find support.  We plan to meet on a regular basis.

Here is our agenda:

  • Welcome, introductions, and goals for the group
  • Overview of the outdoor event location request process
  • Updates on fall catering options from Catering on the Charles
  • Information on hybrid event options from LETS
  • Open time for Q&A
