Substitution Class Day: Tues Oct 11
Monday, October 10, 2022 is Indigenous Peoples’ Day and classes will not be held that day. BU will substitute a Monday schedule on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in academic spaces. All of the classes and events booked on Monday, October 10, 2022 will shift to Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
What does this mean for my event?
In a Classroom / Academic Space
- If you want to hold an event on Monday, October 10 in a classroom, make your request for Tuesday, October 11 in 25Live.
- If you want to hold an event on Tuesday, October 11 in a classroom, make your request for Monday, October 10 in 25Live.
Already scheduled your event in 25Live?
If you have an event scheduled in 25Live on Monday, October 10 in a classroom, your event will actually take place on Tuesday, October 11 in your assigned space.
If you have an event scheduled in 25Live on Tuesday, October 11 in a classroom, your event will actually take place on Monday, October 10 in your assigned space. This applies only to meetings & events; academic classes will not take place on Indigenous Peoples’ Day on October 10.
Remember that the only classroom building open on the holiday is CAS.
In a Non-Academic Space
If you have an event scheduled in 25Live on Monday, October 10, or Tuesday, October 11 in a non-academic space, your event will actually take place on the date listed in 25Live; non-academic spaces do not follow sub-day scheduling.
