Proprietary Spaces

Many locations on-campus have their own scheduling processes and/or a person dedicated to managing the schedule of their space. This list points departments in the right direction to find out if a specific location is available to host your event or program. (Student orgs should review this page.) Giving as much information as you can upfront will help them understand your request better.

Agganis Arena: For the Arena, Burke Club Room, and Friends Lounge, contact Spenser Dalby, sdalby@bu.edu, 617-358-7000. Room Usage Fees apply for these spaces and there is a different caterer exclusive to Agganis Arena.

• Student Theatre at Agganis Arena: Departments should contact Margaret Babson, mbabson@bu.edu, 617-353-3635. Student orgs should request via 25Live.

Athletic Spaces: For Case Athletic Center, New Balance Field, Nickerson Field, Softball Field, Tennis Courts (indoors), Track & Tennis Center, and Walter Brown Arena, contact Jill Cardella, jac@bu.edu, 617-353-8076.

CDS Conference Center (CDS 1750): Learn more on the CDS website about this event space on the 17th floor. Request should be made in 25Live for CDS 1750. Room Usage Fees will be charged as of July 1, 2023.
