9th Chicago Graduate Student Conference on Hispanic, Luso-Brazilian, & Latinx Studies
We are excited to announce the 9th Chicago Graduate Student Conference on Hispanic, Luso-Brazilian, and Latinx Studies at the University of Chicago. We invite graduate students, early career scholars, and creators from all disciplines to submit presentations and panel proposals. This year’s theme is Inhabiting Crises: Politics, Aesthetics, and Critiques of Another Turbulent Era.
The conference, co-hosted by the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, will be held at the University of Chicago, from May 8 to 10, 2025.
We encourage submissions in English, Portuguese, or Spanish. Please send an abstract of 250 words, along with your contact information, to gradchicagoconference@gmail.com. Detailed information is available on our website: https://gradchicagoconference.wordpress.com/.
