From Birmingham, Alabama, Tiffany is a PhD candidate and Teaching Fellow in French. She received her BA in French & History and her MA in French & Applied Linguistics from the University of Alabama. She has taught beginning and intermediate French courses and has studied in Tours and Avignon, France. Her research interests include Black girlhood through contemporary literature and film, popular culture, and women and youth narratives.
