Elective/BU Hub (10+ credits)

Note: Undergraduate Nutrition Practicum and Essentials of Public Healthcare recommended, not required.

*It is recommended that students take at least one elective/BU Hub course from Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies and/or African American Studies listings.

Each course carries 4 credits unless otherwise indicated.

Note: Students who participate in the optional practicum as a part of the program curricula are likely to be asked to undergo a criminal background check to determine their eligibility for participation. History of a criminal background may disqualify students from participating in these experiences. In addition, students may be required to provide documentation of medical exams or immunizations before beginning the practicum.
