MS + DI Career Options
With a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and successful completion of your dietetic internship, you’ll be eligible to take the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Registration Examination to receive your Registered Dietitian credential. Then you can expect to pursue a career in a clinical environment such as medical and surgical services of hospitals, outpatient clinics, eating disorder treatment centers, cardiac rehabilitation centers and private practice. You might also work in sports and performance nutrition, clinical research, community centers, culinary nutrition, fitness/wellness, food service management, public health, or industry.
