Connect with Sargent College Students and Staff via Chat

We are pleased to offer a chat option for our prospective students to connect directly with Sargent graduate students and staff. These ambassadors are available on chat from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET to answer your questions about Boston University, Sargent College, and your specific program of interest.

How to Connect

1. Search for a student ambassador by filtering by area of study, level of degree, or home town/country
2. Select the Sargent student or staff member you would like to chat with
3. Click “create your account”
4. Complete your profile
5. Adjust your “Notification Preferences” under “Settings” to receive replies via email, SMS or WhatsApp
6. Please note that most messages will receive a quick response, but it may take up to 24 hours to get a response during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET.
